"I had just come from my dentist's Green Hills office, and by the time I got there, Dr. Coyne's office had already received the referral. Everyone was super friendly and helpful: Erica at the front desk; Marlena, who assisted Erica at getting 3 insurance approvals, and assisting Dr. Coyne during the extraction, which was done that same morning. Marlena and Dr. Coyne were very personable and humorous, which helped relax me, but definitely 100% professional at all times. Quick work, and a lot accomplished at both offices, especially with last-minute appointments at both. With only local anesthetic, the procedure was pain-free, due to their professionalism and caring manner."

"Dr Coyne did an excellent preliminary inspection and found a developing problem. As a result she was able to do an additional wisdom tooth extraction for not much more than the extraction and implant. There was no pain involved in the procedure! Instructions for follow on care allowed for a quick recovery. Would not hesitate to recommend her for any oral surgical needs. Professional staff and overall care made what could be an ordeal , into something tolerable. It went as smooth as a tooth extraction can go. Again, no pain."

"4 wisdom teeth removed without anesthesia at this place and I had more fun than I should’ve. I just left Dr. Coyne’s Oral surgery and the entire team is fantastic. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Very personable. Extremely professional and I don’t think anyone could be better at yanking teeth out a person’s mouth than Dr. Coyne. I was in a ton of discomfort before going there and before I left in zero pain. 10/10 would recommend."

"I got 4 implants and while I went into the surgery super nervous, Dr. Coyne and her staff reassured me thoroughly that everything would go great. "Received a referral from my normal dentist to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal in Murfreesboro. We are located in Franklin and wanted to look for something closer. Called Dr. Coyne’s office Monday at 8am. Erica answered and the first question she asked was if I was in pain. As soon as I told her yes she went to work and by 9:30am she had called my insurance gotten me a price she had also called my dentist and got X-rays sent over. By 10 I was in my consultation with Marlina she explained everything so well and was very calming. Dr. Coyne then came in and finished the consult and it was the same thing super nice and super helpful. After talking with both of them we all felt great about everything and by 1ish I had my wisdom teeth gone! Around 3pm they even called to check on me. Can’t say enough about this place! Would never go anywhere else! Thanks again everyone!"

I was provided the best care during my visit and was contacted the next day to follow up on the status of my surgery as well as to ensure I was following the after surgery procedures. "My experience with Dr. Coyne and some of her staff was excellent. On Saturday I had a fall, went to the ER, had a lip laceration and a dental injury. My concern was, one of my implant was moving and I couldn't eat solid food and was worried about going through another surgery... Few years ago, my Son and Daughter in law where Dr. Coyne patients and both of them were very please with her and her staff and told me to call her office. So I called on Monday explaining about my situation to a super nice lady and very understanding and asked me if Wednesday morning was okay, "yes that fast". I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Coyne, she is truly amazing, caring, understanding, as well as her staff. After making X-ray of my teeth, Dr. Coyne checked my implants and gave me the GOOD NEWS "did not have to have surgery" "oh what a relief it was to hear that", she explained to me what the next step was going to be by going to my dentist for replacing my crown only. And after telling the dental surgeon she said “That’s because it’s infected.” She jabbed the needle back in my mouth and kept going ignoring my tears and pains. I never returned for follow up care. "I cannot say enough great things about this team. Great staff -- super helpful, caring and proactive. They are all experts in what they do. I needed an emergency tooth extraction for my father. Not only did they take him in, but they also went above and beyond to make sure it was a success. Without going into too much detail, I can say that it was a very tricky extraction due to the many complications that went with it. The doctor and all the support staff gave my father the best support and care, I would have ever asked for. I am every so grateful to this team. Highly recommend these folks!"

"Phenomenal experience. From the get-go every person in the office was extremely welcoming and accommodating towards being nervous. They have TVs in the rooms, which mine just happened to be out, but it’s okay because they provided me with a pair of noise-cancelling headphones and allowed me to choose whatever music I preferred. Dr. Coyne was incredible at what she did, as well as her assistants. They took the time to answer any and all questions I had, and tried their hardest to make it as affordable for me as possible, which is still a bit pricey but that has to do with the insurance coverage and the fact that it’s a specialist, so not their fault for that. I would say if you have any doubts on getting dental work done or you’re on edge because of anxiety (I personally have horrible health oriented anxiety), all I can say is DO NOT DOUBT YOURSELF. Instead, pick up the phone and call Dr. Coyne’s office, and let them take care of you. Thank you again to the wonderful staff for fitting me in right before the New Year!"

"Great oral surgeon with an excellent staff. - I had an infection in a very old root canal. my dentist referred me to Dr. Coyne. they called me within the hour, and performed the tooth extraction flawlessly. I was very nervous when I first arrived to her office. But all her staff were knowledgeable about the procedure. They explained what would happened and what to espect during and after the procedure. My experience was above and beyond what they explained. I even felt asleep during the procedure. And that with only "laughing gas" and their comforting behavior. I don’t have dental insurance but the consultation fee was more than reasonable and absolutely worth every penny for the care I received and amount of time she spent with me. Her assistant Caitlyn is very kind and informative. Dr. Coyne was everything and more than I’ve read on any of her great reviews prior to my arrival. My dentist sent me to “the best oral surgeon ASAP” and referred me to Dr. Coyne for an area of concern under my tongue. As a 24 year smoker who went to Google to play doctor and diagnose myself, I was beyond petrified and fighting back tears when she came into the room. Dr. Coyne is very professional and intelligent, as well as so kind and caring. She gently and thoroughly examined my mouth and tongue. I had an early morning appointment with my regular dentist, who told me I needed a root canal and so later that day I went to Cool Springs to get this over with.. "I have had to visit Dr. Coyne and her staff for 3 separate issues this week. Monday morning I called with bad pain from the weekend and within 3 hours I was in Dr. Coyne's talented hands. She is extremely gentle and does a wonderful job making you aware of everything she's doing. She communicated with her assistant so well it's like they knew what each other needed to do. Very confident Dr. She tells you what to expect and I would recommend her to anyone. Her staff is very professional and caring. You just don't see that a lot these days. The most important part of my procedures I feel was the follow ups. They called me to check on me and when they couldn't get me they called my wife to make sure I was ok. Even though I have been in the industry for so many years, I was still super nervous about the whole procedure. It was completely different being on the other side. I called late in the afternoon, kind of freaking out, and they got me right in. (I had called someone else, and they would not see me due to the time of day that I called.)
