"Dr Coyne did an excellent preliminary inspection and found a developing problem. As a result she was able to do an additional wisdom tooth extraction for not much more than the extraction and implant. There was no pain involved in the procedure! Instructions for follow on care allowed for a quick recovery. Would not hesitate to recommend her for any oral surgical needs. Professional staff and overall care made what could be an ordeal , into something tolerable. It went as smooth as a tooth extraction can go. Again, no pain."

"I got 4 implants and while I went into the surgery super nervous, Dr. Coyne and her staff reassured me thoroughly that everything would go great. "Received a referral from my normal dentist to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal in Murfreesboro. We are located in Franklin and wanted to look for something closer. Called Dr. Coyne’s office Monday at 8am. Erica answered and the first question she asked was if I was in pain. As soon as I told her yes she went to work and by 9:30am she had called my insurance gotten me a price she had also called my dentist and got X-rays sent over. By 10 I was in my consultation with Marlina she explained everything so well and was very calming. Dr. Coyne then came in and finished the consult and it was the same thing super nice and super helpful. After talking with both of them we all felt great about everything and by 1ish I had my wisdom teeth gone! Around 3pm they even called to check on me. Can’t say enough about this place! Would never go anywhere else! Thanks again everyone!"
"I was so nervous about my first surgery (wisdom teeth removal) and they were so great about it! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were so sweet about me being a little weenie. "My experience with Dr. Coyne and some of her staff was excellent. On Saturday I had a fall, went to the ER, had a lip laceration and a dental injury. My concern was, one of my implant was moving and I couldn't eat solid food and was worried about going through another surgery... Few years ago, my Son and Daughter in law where Dr. Coyne patients and both of them were very please with her and her staff and told me to call her office. So I called on Monday explaining about my situation to a super nice lady and very understanding and asked me if Wednesday morning was okay, "yes that fast". I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Coyne, she is truly amazing, caring, understanding, as well as her staff. After making X-ray of my teeth, Dr. Coyne checked my implants and gave me the GOOD NEWS "did not have to have surgery" "oh what a relief it was to hear that", she explained to me what the next step was going to be by going to my dentist for replacing my crown only. Highly recommend Dr. Coyne and her wonderful staff. Thank you for all your help, God Bless... Chantal"
"They got in ASAP when I told them how badly my mouth was hurting from a wisdom tooth. Marlena kept me calm when I was having the worst anxiety. Dr.Coyne and Marlena were the best duo. Not only did they make feel as comfortable as you can get they were also so understanding of my financial situation and did everything in the power to get me where I wanted to be. Thank you ladies so so much!! 💕💕 Ps. They didn’t even mind my two girls being there and made sure they were entertained while I was getting my wisdom tooth out. "I cannot say enough great things about this team. Great staff -- super helpful, caring and proactive. They are all experts in what they do. I needed an emergency tooth extraction for my father. Not only did they take him in, but they also went above and beyond to make sure it was a success. Without going into too much detail, I can say that it was a very tricky extraction due to the many complications that went with it. The doctor and all the support staff gave my father the best support and care, I would have ever asked for. I am every so grateful to this team. Highly recommend these folks!"

"Great oral surgeon with an excellent staff. - I had an infection in a very old root canal. my dentist referred me to Dr. Coyne. they called me within the hour, and performed the tooth extraction flawlessly. I was very nervous when I first arrived to her office. But all her staff were knowledgeable about the procedure. They explained what would happened and what to espect during and after the procedure. My experience was above and beyond what they explained. I even felt asleep during the procedure. And that with only "laughing gas" and their comforting behavior. I highly recommend Dr. Coyne Oral to anyone who needs an oral surgeon.Her staff is very compassionate and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed watching their team work."

"This is Today 3/2/2021... My husband needed his tooth extracted immediately. I called the office and talked to Marlena late yesterday afternoon. She made an appointment for my husband this morning. Marlena explained all the options and worked with us in an AMAZING way!! Dr. Coyne's office will be our go to for our family when an oral surgery need arises! I want to say thank you to Dr. Coyne and her AMAZING staff!!! Keep up the amazing work! You have our family for life! This was 3 years ago... My husband needed his tooth extracted immediately. I called the office and talked to Kristy late yesterday afternoon. She made an appointment for my husband this morning. Kristy explained all the options and suggested sedation due to my husband being in so much pain. Her and the staff also worked with our needs as well. My father took my husband to his appointment and stated that Dr. Coyne was amazing and extremely professional! My husband ended up going with the sedation option and he is doing great! I have talked to Kristy a couple of times today and she has always been so helpful and curteous! Dr. Coyne's office will be our go to for our family when an oral surgery need arises! "I really can’t remember a lot of what happened January 24, 2020 but I can say that I was well taken care of by the staff here. From the time I was contacted by phone and when my father and I arrived for my appointment, it was very easy going.The atmosphere in the office is very calming and the ambience is beautifully decorated. The music was awesome. Even though I was kinda nervous about being sedated for this procedure the staff made sure I felt comfortable before the surgery began. They even updated my father while the procedure went on. When Dr. Cathleen was done I felt nothing. Quick and thorough. I’m healing up nicely and I plan to return so she can remove my last wisdom tooth. 🦷"

I had a bad experience before at a different place with a tooth removal. this one was such a breeze, I couldn't even believe it. everything is healing smooth. whenever my next tooth is acting up, I will be sure to have it done at this office."
"Extremely kind staff, each and everyone of them! I went to have wisdom tooth extraction done. I felt fairly comfortable at the establishment, even though i can get anxious easily! Everything was executed professionally well, and I was informed with all the details needed for the whole procedure itself (THOROUGHLY) and recovery. (which is very nice to have done in my opinion) Thank you again for a delightful experience for surgery (who says surgery is "delightful"?!), I highly recommend!!"

"I would like to thank Dr. Coyne and her staff for the truly personalized and professional care I have received during the process of getting full lower implants. I spent over six months researching and visiting different dentist and oral surgeons trying to decide on the best choice for me. From the first moment I walked in to Dr. Coynes office I was greeted warmly by her staff and felt at ease. What impressed me the most was that they took all the time I needed answering all my questions and they gave me a detailed treatment plan. I had my implants done in November and could not me happier with the results. I truly can’t thank them enough."
"I have to say that this is one of the best places I have been as far as major dental procedures. These guys are so professional and yet very personable. They explain everything that is going on prior so that there are no surprises. As I sit in the waiting room for my final impression to be made i think back to 2 implants ago and was given the opportunity to go somewhere else, I told my dentist I wanted to come back here.... they are absolutely the best and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I did recommend them to a co worker that was having many issues with the place she had the initial proceedure done in fact they were at the point of they did not know if anything could be done . I told her to call Dr Coyne and she did, however it to a few visits but the care and concern from the staff here helped my co worker and they were able to finish the implant procedure that the other Dr gave up on...I have had 4 implants now and could not be happier with the results...THESE GUYS ROCK. Kaitlyn one of the assistants is great, she really has a handle on all the procedures and makes you feel right at home..."
"I was very nervous about having my wisdom tooth extracted due to being pregnant but I was having so much pain that I couldn't wait for baby to be born. Dr. Coyne removed my tooth without any pain in just under 10 min, I had no issues after and it got rid of all of my severe pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend her!! I had to go twice due weeks later had same pain for the other wisdom tooth and Kaitelyn and Dr. Coyne were so helpful and very caring. they know what they are doing... So if you are pregnant and have pain you really don't have to wait till baby is born and suffer everyday they will take care of you!!"

"My husband has been here multiple times for several different surgeries and we are both confident that he has been under the best care and in the most precise and gentle hands. Twilight sedation has been very helpful to him as he has had several crowns go bad and has started to change them all to implants. Our recovery has gone very well and we greatly appreciate Coyne's entire staff who have been wonderful with each procedure. We highly recommend them and Dr. Coyne!"

"You will not regret going to see Dr. Coyne! She will impress you when compared to any other oral surgeon!! I am from the area and I went to get two baby teeth removed and a bone graft in preparation for implants. She was $700 cheaper than my best quote, her pricing is great, but she won me over in our consultation. The whole experience was pleasant, I didn't feel a thing, and every time I walk into her office, her staff makes me feel like a VIP! I never have to wait and they always work with my schedule as if I am her only patient. Dr. Coyne cares, takes the time to listen to you, makes you feel comfortable, and knows her stuff!! I trust her and I wish every Doctor I have was as attentive as she is! I will forever use her and encourage others too as well! If you don't think she is the best, you haven't been to see her yet!"
"I have had several issues unfortunately requiring oral surgery, and have gone to Dr. Coyne's office for each of these needs. The office is beautiful and conveniently located, the staff is friendly and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and answer all of your questions. Dr. Coyne's is very nice and helpful in answering any questions or reducing your fears of the procedure itself. She is also honest in telling you what your risks are and educating you on how to prevent any worsening problems. The twilight sedation used is great for people like me with anxiety related to the dentist and actually makes the surgery quite relaxing! I definitely recommend Dr. Coyne for any oral surgery or dental implant needs."
