As someone who’s had several professional (and even pleasant) interactions with staff at different dental offices, this one was the most personable and memorable.Ashley, Melissa, Marlena, and Dr. Coyne explained everything to me and my wife, were very patient throughout the process, and kept me in good spirits the entire time. We also shared a couple of lighthearted jokes that made it feel more like friends passing the time than a serious procedure. It was also my first time going under via sedation, and though they say I was under for over an hour, I was convinced I was “awake for the entire 15 minutes!”Such a refreshing experience! "They were very nice! Marlena made me feel very comfortable. And whoever usually answers the phone/checked me in was also very nice and helpful, think her name was Melissa maybe. Dr. Coyne was awesome and made the wisdom tooth extraction process quick and easy. wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I don't have insurance and it was less expensive than I anticipated. The healing process has also been much less intense than I anticipated. All in all it was very quick, easy, and affordable and the staff is super caring and friendly. I will definitely go back."
"This is my third visit to Coyne Oral Surgery, and I can confidently say that I'm just as impressed now as I was years ago. Most recently, I brought my daughter in for her wisdom teeth removal, and I would recommend them without hesitation. I too was one of those very anxious patients and looking back that was probably the hardest part of my procedure. The wait. Marlena was the absolute best resource and spent extra time with me, answering my many (and sometimes irrational) questions and easing my worries. "Received a referral from my normal dentist to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal in Murfreesboro. We are located in Franklin and wanted to look for something closer. Called Dr. Coyne’s office Monday at 8am. Erica answered and the first question she asked was if I was in pain. As soon as I told her yes she went to work and by 9:30am she had called my insurance gotten me a price she had also called my dentist and got X-rays sent over. By 10 I was in my consultation with Marlina she explained everything so well and was very calming. Dr. Coyne then came in and finished the consult and it was the same thing super nice and super helpful. After talking with both of them we all felt great about everything and by 1ish I had my wisdom teeth gone! Around 3pm they even called to check on me. Can’t say enough about this place! Would never go anywhere else! Thanks again everyone!"
"My experience with Dr. Coyne and some of her staff was excellent. On Saturday I had a fall, went to the ER, had a lip laceration and a dental injury. My concern was, one of my implant was moving and I couldn't eat solid food and was worried about going through another surgery... Few years ago, my Son and Daughter in law where Dr. Coyne patients and both of them were very please with her and her staff and told me to call her office. So I called on Monday explaining about my situation to a super nice lady and very understanding and asked me if Wednesday morning was okay, "yes that fast". I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Coyne, she is truly amazing, caring, understanding, as well as her staff. After making X-ray of my teeth, Dr. Coyne checked my implants and gave me the GOOD NEWS "did not have to have surgery" "oh what a relief it was to hear that", she explained to me what the next step was going to be by going to my dentist for replacing my crown only. Highly recommend Dr. Coyne and her wonderful staff. Thank you for all your help, God Bless... Chantal"

"I cannot say enough great things about this team. Great staff -- super helpful, caring and proactive. They are all experts in what they do. I needed an emergency tooth extraction for my father. Not only did they take him in, but they also went above and beyond to make sure it was a success. Without going into too much detail, I can say that it was a very tricky extraction due to the many complications that went with it. The doctor and all the support staff gave my father the best support and care, I would have ever asked for. I am every so grateful to this team. Highly recommend these folks!"

"Great oral surgeon with an excellent staff. - I had an infection in a very old root canal. my dentist referred me to Dr. Coyne. they called me within the hour, and performed the tooth extraction flawlessly. I was very nervous when I first arrived to her office. But all her staff were knowledgeable about the procedure. They explained what would happened and what to espect during and after the procedure. My experience was above and beyond what they explained. I even felt asleep during the procedure. And that with only "laughing gas" and their comforting behavior. "I really can’t remember a lot of what happened January 24, 2020 but I can say that I was well taken care of by the staff here. From the time I was contacted by phone and when my father and I arrived for my appointment, it was very easy going.The atmosphere in the office is very calming and the ambience is beautifully decorated. The music was awesome. Even though I was kinda nervous about being sedated for this procedure the staff made sure I felt comfortable before the surgery began. They even updated my father while the procedure went on. When Dr. Cathleen was done I felt nothing. Quick and thorough. I’m healing up nicely and I plan to return so she can remove my last wisdom tooth. 🦷"

I have known Dr. Coyne for over 15 years and have always been treated with respect, kindness and leave knowing I have a friend at Coyne Oral Surgery. I recently needed her help with my 15 year old implant. They worked me in at the end of their day and stayed late to provide me the repairs I needed so I would not have to make another trip. Everything was executed professionally well, and I was informed with all the details needed for the whole procedure itself (THOROUGHLY) and recovery. "very delighted by this place, having to get a hurting wisdom tooth removed, I had checked with a few others, with no help offered, but Dr. Coyne's office to my pleasant surprise, got me right in the same day, they dealt with my other dentist's records and before I could even begin to worry, took very professional gentle and kind care of my tooth. all staff was wonderful, even offered me my favorite music as a distraction to listen to. "very delighted by this place, having to get a hurting wisdom tooth removed, I had checked with a few others, with no help offered, but Dr. Coyne's office to my pleasant surprise, got me right in the same day, they dealt with my other dentist's records and before I could even begin to worry, took very professional gentle and kind care of my tooth. all staff was wonderful, even offered me my favorite music as a distraction to listen to. I had a bad experience before at a different place with a tooth removal. this one was such a breeze, I couldn't even believe it. everything is healing smooth. whenever my next tooth is acting up, I will be sure to have it done at this office."

"My overall experience was exceptional!! They really made me feel at home, and took great care of me. Just last week I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, you can imagine I was a nervous wreck! But they made me feel so comfortable, and relaxed. based on their costumer service, and their attitude I knew I was going to be okay. Hannah was at the front desk, and the first time I ever walked in the building she called me by name! She was anticipating my visit that blew me away! Marleta was the assistant. On surgery day, she walked me through the entire process very thoroughly. She was very sweet, and loving, and kept me calm. She was awesome! I can't forget Dr. Coyne! She was absolutely amazing, she did an incredible job, and she's also a really cool person. I'm honestly sad my experience and time with them is over, but I highly recommend doing service with them! "I was very nervous about having my wisdom tooth extracted due to being pregnant but I was having so much pain that I couldn't wait for baby to be born. Dr. Coyne removed my tooth without any pain in just under 10 min, I had no issues after and it got rid of all of my severe pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend her!! I am from the area and I went to get two baby teeth removed and a bone graft in preparation for implants. She was $700 cheaper than my best quote, her pricing is great, but she won me over in our consultation. The whole experience was pleasant, I didn't feel a thing, and every time I walk into her office, her staff makes me feel like a VIP! The office is beautiful and conveniently located, the staff is friendly and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and answer all of your questions. She is also honest in telling you what your risks are and educating you on how to prevent any worsening problems.
